摘　　要：对D-60P,B-50,F-2001 3种油剂在涤纶FDY生产中的应用性能及性价比进行了比较。结果表明:D-60P油剂的应用性能最好,B-50油剂较好,F-2001油剂较差。D-60P油剂调配温度范围较宽,耐热、耐腐蚀性能较好,对涤纶FDY的可纺性较好,其断头次数较少,满卷率最大为89.59%。但D-60P油剂价格较高,综合性价比,使用B-50油剂更适合于涤纶FDY的生产成本。The Performance and performance-price ratios of finishes D-60P, B-50 and F-2001 were contrasted during the produetion of polyester FDY. The results showed that the finish D-60P had the best performance, B-50 was better and F-2001 was poor. The finish D-60P had the wide blending temperature range and good heat and corrosion resistance and contributed the favorable spinnability, least breaks number and the maximal full-package rate of 89.59% to polyester FDY. However, the price of D- 60P was relatively high. Considering the performance-price ratio, the finish B-50 was more beneficial to the reduction of the production cost of polyester FDY.
