劈尖干涉条纹定域的解析研究

摘　　要：得到了劈尖干涉定域中心参量方程和定域深度的解析解,解析地讨论了定域中心和定域深度与入射角、劈尖角、相对折射率、光源位置等物理量的依赖关系.研究的结果对确定清晰的劈尖干涉条纹位置具有指导意义.Presented is the analytic solution of both the parameter equation of localization center and the localization depth of fringes of wedge interference, analytically researched is the dependence of the localization center and the localization depth on the factors such as angle of incidence,angle of wedge, relative refractive index between two media, position of the light source. The result can be served as the guidance of the location of clear wedge interference.
