摘 要:选用天然磷矿粉为原材料,通过硫酸酸化、有机无机活化剂活化分别制得酸化磷矿粉和活化磷矿粉。采用扫描电镜观察、X-射线衍射分析、激光粒度测试,证明了90%的酸化磷矿粉粒径为4.227μm,90%的活化磷矿粉粒径达到220 nm。活化磷矿粉结晶度降低,比表面积增大,有利于磷素在土壤中的释放与吸附。此种制备方法开辟了磷肥生产新工艺。The natural phosphorite powder was selected to prepare activated phosphorite powder and acidic phosphorite powder by a method of H2SO4 acidification and organic-inorganic agent activation, and several testing instruments including the scan electron-microscope (SEM), the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the laser granularity, were used to determine the types of phosphorite powder. It was verified that the particle size of more than 90 % of the acidic phosphorite powder was less than 4. 227 μm, and more than 90 % of activated phosphorite powder was less than 220 nm. Additionally, the crystallization of activated phosphorite powder declined, and the surface area increased.
