腹膜后转移癌三维适形放射治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放射治疗对腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的临床疗效。方法56例腹膜后淋巴结转移癌采用三维适形放射治疗的方法,单次剂量2.2Gy～6Gy,每日一次或隔日一次,每周3～5次,等效生物剂量为75Gy左右。结果56例中CR18例(32.1%),PR29例(52.4%),总有效率(CR+PR)为83.9%。1年生存率为48.2%(27/56)。结论三维适形放射治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌有较好的局部控制率,改善患者的生存质量,并发症可以被临床接受。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiation （3DCRT） in the treatment of retroperitoneal metastatic tumor. Methods 56 cases of retroperitoneal metastatic tumor were treated with 3DCRT. Radiotherapy was delivered at 2.2 Gy- 6 Gy per fraction,3- 5 times per week. Results The overall response（CR＋PR） rate was 83.9%,with complete remission 32.1%（18 of 56） and partial remission 52.4%（29 of 56）. Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiation can be used effectively to local control in patients with retroperitoneal metastatic tumor,improve life quality,and complication related to the treatment can be accepted by clinically.
