国产直管型肛痔吻合器治疗脱垂性痔行痔上粘膜环切术临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨用国产直管型肛痔吻合器治疗严重脱垂性痔PPH术的临床价值。方法将入院患者随机分组,分别用国产直管型吻合器和进口一次性吻合器行PPH术。结果两组平均手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、痔核2～4周萎缩率对比,两组并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论国产直管型痔吻合器治疗III￣IV脱垂性痔具有安全可靠,疗效确切和价格低廉的优点,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To probe into the value of clinical application of the demestic straight-tube-like stapler in the treatment of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids （SPH）. Methods 35 cases with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids were subjected to the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoeds（PPH） by demestic stapler and import stapler. Results The operation time,the mean hospitalization time and severe complications occurred were no notable difference of the salty and effect between demestic and imported stapler. Conclusion It implies the treatment has the benefits safty,reliabifity good effectiveness and cheap etc,and is a good operation for SPH thus is worthy of further clinical application.
