经皮椎间盘切溶术治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症272例

摘　　要：目的分析比较单纯两种方法及联合疗法治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法272例复杂性腰椎间盘突出症患者利用电动旋切器,经皮切吸后将600IU胶原酶推入切吸后椎间盘内,于术后3～36个月,对其疗效进行随访分析。结果显效占94.1%,有效占5.1%,无效占0.8%,未出现严重并发症。结论切溶术能提高疗效,方法简便,创伤小,痛苦少,治愈率高,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze and compare the efficacy of two methods alone and combination therapy for treating complicated lumbar disc herniation. Methods 272 cases with complicated lumbar disc herniation underwent Percutaneous lumbar diskectomy in the use of electric peeling and then 600IU collagenase was injected into the disc. The effects were analyzed after 3 to 36 months followed-up. Results Excellent was 94.1%,efficient was 5.1% and the poor accounted for 1.9%. There was no serious complication. Conclusion Diskectomy and chemonucleolysis improve the efficacy and the cure rate is high. It is a simple, little invasive and little painful method. It is worth promoting.
