摘 要:目的:了解社会对男性护士的认知、需求和接受情况,引起人们对男性护士在培养、使用等方面的重视。方法:采用自设量表对北京某"三甲"医院的医护人员、患者及其家属以及某校护理专业本科生进行方便抽样调查,并将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果:在217名调查对象中,认为医院非常需要和需要男性护士的占85.3%;73.7%的调查对象完全接受和可以接受男性护士的护理;影响男性护士择业的主要因素是传统观念(90.8%)、性别偏见(67.3%)、家庭成员的反对(53.0%)、专业发展空间小(51.6%)、无职业成就感(50.2%)。结论:护理工作需要男性护士,社会需要更新观念、接纳并合理安排男性护士的工作内容,充分发挥其优势,以促进护理事业的发展。Objective: The study aimed to describe the recognition, acceptance and demand for male nurses in hospital, thereby to address the importance of male nurses' training and employment. Method: The data were collected through a self-designed questionnaire among a convenient sample from doctors, nurses, patients, patient family members and nursing Bachelor Degree students in one hospital. Results: Among 217 subject.s in the survey, 85.3% thought the hospital needed male nurses, 73.7% were willing to accept their care. The relating factors mainly included traditional ideas (90.8%), sex discrimination (67.3%), objection from family members (53.0%), limited developmental opportunities (51.6%), and no occupational achievement (50.2%). Conclusion: Nursing care needs male nurses and the public need to change their attitudes. In addition, it would be helpful for nursing development to accept male nurses and make a clear and reasonable job description.
