社会对男性护士的认知、需求状况及相关因素的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解社会对男性护士的认知、需求和接受情况,引起人们对男性护士在培养、使用等方面的重视。方法:采用自设量表对北京某"三甲"医院的医护人员、患者及其家属以及某校护理专业本科生进行方便抽样调查,并将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果:在217名调查对象中,认为医院非常需要和需要男性护士的占85.3%;73.7%的调查对象完全接受和可以接受男性护士的护理;影响男性护士择业的主要因素是传统观念(90.8%)、性别偏见(67.3%)、家庭成员的反对(53.0%)、专业发展空间小(51.6%)、无职业成就感(50.2%)。结论:护理工作需要男性护士,社会需要更新观念、接纳并合理安排男性护士的工作内容,充分发挥其优势,以促进护理事业的发展。Objective： The study aimed to describe the recognition, acceptance and demand for male nurses in hospital, thereby to address the importance of male nurses＇ training and employment. Method： The data were collected through a self-designed questionnaire among a convenient sample from doctors, nurses, patients, patient family members and nursing Bachelor Degree students in one hospital. Results： Among 217 subject.s in the survey, 85.3% thought the hospital needed male nurses, 73.7% were willing to accept their care. The relating factors mainly included traditional ideas （90.8%）, sex discrimination （67.3%）, objection from family members （53.0%）, limited developmental opportunities （51.6%）, and no occupational achievement （50.2%）. Conclusion： Nursing care needs male nurses and the public need to change their attitudes. In addition, it would be helpful for nursing development to accept male nurses and make a clear and reasonable job description.
