不同清洗方法对医疗器械清洗效果比较

摘　　要：目的:通过实验了解浸泡、酶、超声波的清洗效果。方法:分清水浸泡清洗组,多酶清洗剂清洗组,清水+超声清洗组和多酶清洗剂+超声清洗组进行实验。用肉眼和潜血实验方法进行清洗效果判断。结果:判断被血迹污染的器械是否清洗干净不能仅靠肉眼进行判别。对清洗要求高且难清洗干净的医疗器械宜采用隐血试验方法进行清洗效果的评估。人工清洗不能完全去除污迹,需增加酶或应用超声等其他方法,以保证清洗的效果。应用超声清洗添加含酶清洗剂时,可取得满意效果。清洗时宜重点注意器械关节处不易被清洗到的部位。Objective：Through experiments the cleaning effect of immersion,enzyme and ultrasound,Method：Doing experiments by water group,Multi-enzyme deter.To verify the cleaning effect by observing with naked eye and an occult blood test.Results：The cleaning effect of medical equipments contaminated by blood can not be verified by observation with naked eye alone.It is recommended to apply occult blood test to evaluate the effect for equipments with high cleaning requirement and high cleaning difficulty.A manual cleaning can not eliminate contamination completely.Methods of adding enzyme or using ultrasound need to be applied to ensure better cleaning effect.When using detergents contain enzyme to perform cleaning,the effect can be improved if ultrasound is performent at the same time.Special attentions need to be paid to joints and sites that are difficult to clean.
