摘 要:为了进一步研究转子系统的运动行为,针对具有柔性支承的立式高速离心机,通过实验测得轴承副的横向连接刚度。在离心机转子支承系统的运动微分方程中引入有限的轴承副横向连接刚度值,计算了其对离心机稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:横向连接刚度为有限值会导致转子系统低频进动周期变长、衰减系数下降,从而使得离心机的稳定性下降,这种变化随着转子转速的增加而明显。横向连接刚度的研究对于更加精确地描述转子系统的运动和实际运行稳定性的评估都有重要的意义。The lateral joint stiffness in a vertical centrifuge was measured experimentally to analyze its effect on the rotor dynamics. The measured stiffnesses were then used to improve the traditional dynamical model of the rotor system. Numerical simulations of the rotor stability show that the relative motion between the shaft and bearing, which leads to a finite lateral joint stiffness rather than an infinite stiffness as assumed in traditional dynamical models, influences the centrifuge stability with longer periods and less damping of the low frequency precession. The effects become much more obvious with increasing rotor speeds. The improved dynamic model including the finite lateral joint stiffness is useful for accurate analysis of the stability of rotor systems.
