摘 要:文中介绍了锑化钢无接触磁敏电位器的主要电学参数(磁敏灵敏度、线性度和线性范围)及其测试方法,检测准确、可靠,特别是采用了TBLCURVE软件,很容易得到磁敏器件的校准曲线和拟合直线,从而可准确地得到磁敏器件的电学参数,并能准确计算出磁敏器件的线性度。磁敏电位器的环境条件试验对其可靠地应用是十分重要的,如低温(-40±3℃,1.5h)、高温(70±2℃,0.5h)试验,振动试验(功率谱密度为0.02g2/Hz,总均方根值5.2g振动频率为50~2000Hz,振动时间3min),低温工作试验(-5~-10℃),恒定湿热试验(4±3℃,湿度80%,时间48h),老化试验,室温零漂试验及低温零漂试验。所有参试磁敏电位器均通过了环境试验。The electrical parameters of InSb non - contact magneto sensitive poten-tboeter(MSP), including magnetic sensitivity, linearity and linear range, as well asthe test methods are introduced. By using TBLCURVE software, the calibrating curveand the fitting line are available easily, as well as the electrical parameters, especiallythe linearity of magneto sensitive device is calculated correctly.The environment tests are very important, many test methods are described in thispaper, such as low temperature (- 40 ± 3℃, 1. 5h), high temperature(70 ± 2℃ 0.5h), vibration test (power spectral density 0.02g2/Hz, total r. m. s of 5. 2g, vibratefrequency 50 ~ 2000Hz, 3min), low temperature working test (- 5 ~ - 10℃ ), con-stantly humidity and higher temperature test (40 ±3℃, humidity 80%, 48h), ageingtest (DC 10V, 48h), room temperature null shift test and lower temperature null shifttest (- 5~ - 10℃)etc. Almost InSb magneto sensitive potentiometers tested are quali-fied.
