摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿外周血CD25表达。方法应用生物素-链霉亲和素(BSA)法检测新生儿HIE患儿及足月正常新生儿出生后第1、7天外周血CD25水平。结果HIE患儿生后第1天静息期和诱导期CD25水平分别为(3.7±1.2)%和(22.4±6.5)%,与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);随着通气、换气等综合性治疗时间的延长,患儿缺氧缺血症状逐步改善,生后第7天静息期和诱导期CD25水平分别为(4.1±1.5)%和(25.3±7.2)%,与正常对照组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。其中HIE(重度)患儿静息期和诱导期CD25水平均较低,与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论HIE患儿存在一定程度的细胞免疫功能紊乱,主要表现为外周血CD25水平降低,并与HIE严重程度有关。Objective To study the expressive level of CD25 in peripheral blood of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）. Methods The level of CD25 in peripheral blood of newborns with HIE and normal controls were dynamically detected by biotin-streptavidin（BSA） after born on the spot of first, seventh days. Results The level of CD25 in silence and inducement were （ 3.7 ± 1.2） % and （22.4 ± 6.5 ） %, respectively, and was lower than that of normal controls（ P 〈 0.05）. With prolongation of synthetic treatment, such as aeration, ventilation etc, the symptom of hypoxic is- chemic encephalopathy was improved gradually. On the seventh day after birth,the level of CD25 in most of newborns with HIE were （ 4. 1 ± 1.5 ） % and （ 25.3 ± 7.2 ） %, respectively, and was still low than that of normal controls. However, few difference was explored between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Interestingly, the level of CD25 in silence and inducement was still lower in HIE（heavy） than that of normal controls（ P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It has been confirmed that invariable disorder of cellular immune is expressed in newborns with HIE ,such as low level of CD25 in peripheral blood,which is as- sociated with brain injury and prognosis.
