摘　　要：介绍了辽河石化公司污水场的改造和运行情况,改造内容主要包括三个方面:增设稠油污水预处理设施,增设格栅井和有自动撇油没施的缓冲罐,以对上游生产装置所排污水水质、水量严格控制;强化一级处理,选择高效浮选溶气方式;二级生化处理优化改造,采用高效的生物絮片取出设施,确保二级污水排放达标。改造后污水排放达到 GB8978—1996排放要求,节省建没投资4000万元,节约污水超标排放费约216万元/a。The revamping and operation of the wastewater treating plant of Liaohe Petrochemical Company was briefly introduced. The revamping project mainly included setting up heavy oil waste pre treating facilities, bar screen well and buffer tank to control the quality and quantity of upstream discharge; selecting high efficiency dissolved air flotation way to reinforce primary treatment; optimizing the biological treatment to ensure the discharge of secondary wastewater meeting requirements. After revamping the quality of the discharge wastewater reached the National Standard GB 8978--1996 and a construction investment of 40 MRMB was saved.
