摘　　要：胶片生产线长达数百米,而胶片是柔性的,要使用沿线设置的多台电机驱动。提出了卷片机构的设计方案,并进行了动力分析。同时还提出对柔性产品实现张力的准确,实时在线控制的方法。The production line of basefilm is several hundred meters long, however the film is flexiable. So many electricmotors located along the line have to be used to drive the long film. In this artible the design scheme of winding mechanism is proposed and the dynamic analysis is presented. This article also puts forward the way to be used to control tension precisely for the the flexibled product.
