摘　　要：文章阐述了环境友好型社会评价指标构建的意义和指标设计的原则,提出了环境友好型社会评价指标的基本框架,分"目标、分类指数和具体指标"三个层面、五个类别、30个具体指标,并对环境友好型社会评价指标测度方法进行分析研究。The significance of establishing the evaluation index and the principle of designing the index for the amicable environment - typed society are stated. The basic frame of the evaluation index upon the amicable environment - typed society is proposed, and it can be divided into three levels that are goal, classified index, and specifie target, five categories, and 30 concrete indexes. The measuring method of the evaluation index upon the amicable environment - typed society is analyzed and studied.
