摘  要:提出了一种新颖的功率合成网络——相参式功率合成,实现了W波段的功率合成。该W波段相参功率合成器利用环行器连接的注入锁定放大链作为基本放大单元,H面波导T型结作为3dB功分器网络,采用4只输出功率为75mW左右的IMPATT放大器,最终在中心频率93.23GHz,输出250mW功率,带宽60MHz,合成效率达到80%,直流转换效率10%,证明该方案作为W波段的功率合成是一种行之有效的方法,可为W波段发射机提供更大的功率输出。In this paper, a new power combiner at W band is proposed, i. e. , the coherent power combiner, in which a injection locked amplifier chain is used as basic amplifier unit and a H-T waveguide junction is used as 3dB power divider and combiner nets. On the other hand, four IMPATr amplifiers with 75mW rating output power are used. The experimental results show that the output power of this new W band coherent power combiner is as high as 250mW at the center frequency 93.23GHz and its operation band width is about 60MHz. Furthermore, the combining efficiency is about 80% and the DC to RF conversion efficiency is about 10%. Finally, the experiment and analysis indicate that coherent power combiner can work efficiently at W band and provide large enough power for the transmitter.
