摘　　要：由公共文化服务体系的内涵入手,通过分析公共图书馆的主体构成和职能,提出公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的定位,探讨其在公共文化服务体系中应发挥的作用。Started from the implication of the public culture service system, this paper analyzes the partners and functions of this system and pinpoints the status of public libraries in this system. Furthermore it deducts the concrete influences of public libraries to this system.
