摘 要:为了解决传统污泥重力浓缩存在的问题,采用平板膜浓缩污泥(MST)工艺进行了中试。结果表明,在水力停留时间为5h、膜通量为1511(m^2·h)、抽停比为10:2(泵抽10min、停2min)、气水比为60:1的条件下,污泥浓度达到30g/L左右,能够满足后续脱水要求;MST工艺的出水浊度〈1 NTU,COD为28.0~42.0mg/L,氨氮为6.8~10.9mg/L,基本达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920--2002)的水质要求,可以进行回用。经济性分析表明,在考虑膜出水进行回用时,MST工艺可以实现零费用运行,比传统重力浓缩更具优势。In order to solve the problems of the conventional gravity sludge thickening, the process of fiat sheet membrane for sludge thickening (MST) was used to thicken aerobic activated sludge. The results of the pilot-scale experiment show that under the conditions of HRT 5 h, membrane flux 15 L/ (m^2·h), pump suction time 10 min, pump pause time 2 min and gas/water ratio 60 : 1, the mixed liquor suspended solids (MISS) can achieve 30 g/L, meeting the requirement for the subsequent dewatering, and with turbidity of less than 1 NTU, COD of 28.0 to 42.0 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen of 6.8 to 10.9 mg/L, the effluent filtered through membrane modules can meet the requirements of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water- Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption ( GB/T 18920 - 2002). The results of economic analysis indicate that the MST is more economic than the conventional gravity sludge thickening when the effluent of MST is reused.
