摘　　要：本文阐述了住宅小区智能化系统的组成与功能,对实际工程中住宅小区智能化系统的设计提出建议。The paper describes the constituting and function of the intelligent system in residence community, and gives some advices for the design of the residence community intelligent system in the actual project.
