摘  要:近年来,有关混合酸的线性滴定法国内已有数篇文献报道,对于强酸中存在少量弱酸样品的分析测定,线性滴定法可以获得准确的结果,但对于弱酸与微量强酸共存的定量分析却认为是较为困难的问题,因为微量强酸会干扰测定,往往使弱酸的结果偏高。本文推导了一个强碱滴定弱酸和微量游离强酸混合物的线性滴定公式,旨在解决上述情况下弱酸的准确定量问题,同样获得了满意的结果,并在药物定量分析中得到了应用。A linear titration equation for determination of weak acids in the presence of small amounts of a strong acid is derived. The titration is performed potentiometrically. Equal volumes of the titrant are added stepwisely. More satisfactory results are obtained from the determination of an extremely weak acid such as boric acid which is mixed with small amounts of hydrochloric acid. Therefore, the method is applicable to the pharmaceutical analysis for the determination of drugs with extremely weak acidity by eliminating the effect of micro amounts of free strong acid.
