阿托伐他汀治疗老年人代谢综合征

摘　　要：目的:分析应用阿托伐他汀20mg.d-1对老年人代谢综合征患者淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,NK)的影响。方法:对入选的老年人根据国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)定义分为代谢综合征组和非代谢综合征组,以流式细胞术测定患者CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,NK细胞,对CD4/CD8与代谢综合征及其合并项数的相关性进行分析。将代谢综合征组分为阿托伐他汀治疗组及治疗对照组,对两组之间CD4/CD8进行统计学分析。结果:CD4/CD8在代谢综合征组显著下降(P<0.05),并随代谢综合征合并指标项数的增加而下降(P<0.001)。代谢综合征患者经阿托伐他汀治疗后CD4/CD8增高(P<0.001)。结论:老年人代谢综合征同时伴细胞免疫调节功能的紊乱,阿托伐他汀能改善细胞免疫调节功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on subtypes of the lymphocytes in metabolic syndrome in the aged. Methods：955 aged males and 150 aged females were recruited to a cross-sectional study. CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD8 ＋ , CD19 ＋ and NK cell were messured by flow cytometry. 825 patients with metabolic syndrome were divided into two groups, group1 （n = 335） was given 20mg/d atrovastatin, group 2 （n = 490） was enrolled in control group. CD4/CD8 ratio was messured. Results： CD3,CD19 ＋ ,NK cell showed no difference in metabolic syndrome and in controls CD4/CD8 ratio declined in subjects with metabolic syndrome and the ratio declined further with more criteria. In metabolic syndrome,CD4/CD8 ratio was improved more greatly in atrovastatin 20 mg/d group. Conclusion： Metabolic syndrome was correlated to abnormal immune modulation. Atrovastatin inhibited chronic inflammation.
