摘  要:研究不同木薯品种种茎受冻害后的发芽特性,结果表明,供试木薯品种受冻害程度由轻到重依次为华南5号<南植199<桂经引983号<D978<D416;在对南植199、D416、桂经引983号进行催芽时,最好选用种茎的基部或中部,而D978则宜选用种茎的尾部;对木薯种茎基部、中部催芽,采用25℃湿布包裹还是25℃沙培因品种而异,而南植199种茎尾部最佳的催芽方式是25℃沙培;为了提高移植成活率,南植199最好采用种茎的基部、中部25℃沙培催芽,桂经引983号采用基部25℃湿布催芽,D416采用中部25℃湿布催芽,D978采用尾部25℃湿布催芽方式。In this experiment, the germination characteristics and damage degree of frozen seed-stem of different cassava varieties were studied. The results showed that the damage degree order of frozen seed-stem of cassava varieties was Huanan 5〈Nanzhi 199%Guijingyin 983%D978%D416. The basal or middle seed-stem of Nanzhi 199, D416, and Guijingyin 983 should be used for accelerating germination, and the top of seed-stem of D978 was suitable for germination. As the basal and middle seed-stem, applying wet cloth wrap or sandy culture at 25℃ should be according to cassava variety when accelerating germination. The best germination method of Nanzhi 199 was cultured with sands at 25℃. In order to increase the survival rate of transplanting, when accelerating germination, the basal or middle seed-stem for Nanzhi 199 should be cultured with sands at 25℃, while the basal seed- stem for Guijingyin 983, the middle seed-stem for D416 and the top of seed-stem for D978 should be wrapped with wet cloth at 25℃.
