铜置换部分锌低温烧结铁氧体材料的研究

摘  要:利用溶胶凝胶法在铜不置换锌和铜置换部分锌两种情况下制取了W型铁氧体材料。研究了烧结工艺中铜对W型铁氧体材料烧结温度的影响。铜置换部分锌使铁氧体的成相温度降低幅度达50℃,在850℃就可烧结成单相的铁氧体,但降低了铁氧体的吸波性能。W-type ferrite materials were prepared by sol-gel method under the circumstances that the copper had not replaced zinc and some zinc on two kinds of situations of replacing of copper. The influence of sintering temperature was studied on copper in the sintering craft. The copper had replaced some zinc to make becoming looks temperature to reduce by the range of large 50 degrees of ferrite, could be burnt and formed the single-phase ferrite in 850 degrees Centigrade, but reduced the absorption in microwave performance of ferrite.
