霞石碱石灰烧结溶出试验研究

摘　　要：本文试验对三种霞石做了与其对应的烧结试验．并从中选出烧结效果较好的弱风化的白霞石正长岩熟料进行溶出试验，测得了熟料中Al2O3，K2O，Na2O在溶出液中的浓度和其在溶出渣中的残留量，从而获得了霞石提取氧化铝过程中的纯霞石饱和配料这一方法的烧结与溶出试验条件。This article do sintering experiment about three kinds of nepernehelines, select the weak efflorescent white nepheline syneite and do stripping experiment on it. It gain the consistency of Al2O3 ,K2O, Na2O in the stripping solution and residual quantity in the stripping slag. It obtain sintering and stripping experimental conditions in the method of pure nepheline saturated batch feeder of the process that is extracting aluminium oxide from nepheline.
