滨海新区研发与转化基地建设的实证研究

摘　　要：从滨海新区自身发展条件和环渤海地区的经济现状分析,滨海新区在环渤海区域经济互动中的核心作用主要体现在科技创新、产业创新,应当积极加速滨海新区研发与转化基地建设,以联合体和虚拟技术联盟的形式构建知识创新、社会创业、企业孵化器、科技成果转移和投融资五大平台,通过聚集和扩散效应带动天津乃至环渤海地区的经济发展。Due to its own conditions for development and economic state within the Circum-Bohai region, the core function of Tianjin New Coastal District in the Circum-Bohai region is in the fields of S＆T innovation and industry innovation. We should accelerate building up a center of R ＆ D and transformation. We shall establish, in the forms of association and virtual technological union, five platforms for intellectual innovation, social pioneering employment, enterprise hatchery, shift of achievement, invest and financing, in order to bring impetus to the development and even the Circum-Bohai region through assembling and diffusing effects.
