摘　　要：目的:观察隔药饼灸为主治疗慢性盆腔结缔组织炎的疗效。方法:以隔药饼灸为主配合针刺治疗慢性盆腔结缔组织炎82例,并与妇科千金片治疗20例作对照,观察主要症状、体征及血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为96.39%,对照组为80.12%,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);隔药饼灸为主配合针刺治疗能改善血粘度,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸为主治疗慢性盆腔结缔组织炎具有较好疗效,其机理可能与改善血液循环、促进炎症吸收和调节机体免疫机能、减少复发有关。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of medicinal cake-partition moxibustion as a main treatment for chronic inflammation of pelvic connective tissue. Methods:82 cases of chronic inflammation of pelvic connective tissue were treated by medicinal cake-partition moxibustion as a main treatment,and 20 cases were treated with Gynae Qianjin Tablet as control group.Their therapeutic effects and hemorhelogical indexes were investigated.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 96.39% in the treatment group and 80.12% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Also, medicinal cake-partition moxibustion as a main treatment for chronic inflammation of pelvic connective tissue could improve blood viscosity before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medicinal cake-partition moxibustion as a main treatment has a good therapeutic effect on chronic inflammation of pelvic connective tissue,which is possibly related with improvement of blood circulation,promotion of inflammation absorption,regulation of immunological function,and reducing relapse.
