摘 要:为优化热风炉设计,建立了热风炉蓄热室内传热过程的数学模型,制作了应用程序软件,探讨了不同的格子砖物性参数,如导热系数、比热容和密度等对格子砖温度场分布、气体温度分布以及格子砖蓄热量和放热量的影响。研究结果表明:设计热风炉时要综合考虑各种影响因素对气体和格砖温度分布的影响;格砖的温度梯度沿着径向在逐渐减小,设计热风炉时应选择合适的格砖厚度;增大格砖导热系数和单纯增加格砖的密度和比热容都会导致风温更低也更不稳定,但是只要延长燃烧时间就能充分发挥蓄热室的蓄热容和稳定送风能力;格砖热物性的影响程度随格砖增大而减小。In order to optimize the design of hot blast stove, a model of heat transfer in chamber of hot blast stove was developed and the software based on the model was established. The effect of the checker thermal characteristics such as thermal conductivity, heat capacity, density etc on the temperature of blast and checkers,the heat accumulation and heat release of checkers was determined. DUring “on blast”, the temperature gradient in checkers is reduced along the radius, so a proper thickness of the checker should be chosen;increasing both the thermal conductivity and just only increasing the density or heat capacity makes the blast temperature lower and more unstable, however as long as the combustion time is long enough, the capability of regenerator and to accumulate heat and supply stable blast will be made full use. The effect of the checker thermal characteristics becomes smaller with the increase of “on blast” time.
