丹芎方抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究丹芎方的抗炎作用。方法Wistar大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,每组8只,即0.9%氯化钠溶液组;醋酸泼尼松组(1 mg.kg(1);丹芎方高、中、低剂量组,剂量分别为330.0,66.0,13.0 mg.kg(1,分别观察丹芎方对蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀、羧甲基纤维素所致白细胞游走、棉球所致肉芽肿的影响。结果丹芎方在不同时间段里高、中剂量均能有效减轻蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀;丹芎方高、中剂量都能够显著降低局部注射羧甲基纤维素后所致白细胞局部浸润数量;丹芎方高、中剂量均能够降低局部埋置棉球后局部刺激诱发的慢性炎性肉芽肿的重量。结论丹芎方具有良好的抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory action of danxiong prescription（DXP）. Methods 40 Wistar rats with half and half in sex were divided randomly and equally into 5 groups ： blank control group, prednisone （ 1 mg· kg^-1 ） group and three DXP （330.0,66.0 and 13.0 mg · kg^-1） groups. 0.9% NaCl, prednisone and three dosages of DXP were given intra-gastrically into rats of the 5 groups separately after the subcutaneous injection of 0.1 mL of egg albumin into the left sole of each rat. The thickness of swelling was measured by vernier at 0 ,0.5, 1,2, 4 and 6 hours after injection. The above mentioned agents were given intra-gastrically to each rats, separately after the injection of 5 mL of 1.5% carboxymethyl cellulose saline solution into each rat. 7.5 hour later, 0.1 mL of the solution was extracted out for counting the number of white cells. Each rat cut a 0.5 cm incision at left and right groins was embedded subcutaneously with a 20 mg cotton ball into the groins. Corresponding agents were given after the operation from day 1 to 7. On the 7th day, rats were sacrificed and cotton balls with granulomatous tissue were weighed. Results The swelling of sole could be reduced by different dosages of DXP at different time intervals. The number of invaded white cells in the solution and the weights of granulomas could be reduced by high and middle dosages of DXP. Conclusion DXP had a credible anti-inflammatory action.
