摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定滴通鼻炎水中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(3:97)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在2.10～21.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD%为1.36%。结论:方法简便可行、重现性好。Objective： To develop a method for the detem3ination of ditong biyan shui by RP -HPLC. Methods： the mobile consisting of 0.1% （H3PO4） acetonitrile（97： 3）. The detection wavelength was at 210nm, flow rate at 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results： The calibration curve was the range of 2.10--21.0μg · ml^-1. The average recovery was 98.1%. The method precision（RSD） was 1.36% .Conclusion： The method was convenient and accurate for the quality control of the preparation.
