2型糖尿病患UAER与心脏结构和功能的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率与心脏结构和功能的关系。方法:80例2型糖尿病患者,以UAER20-200μg/min的患者为观察组,以UAER<20μg/min的患者为对照组,通过心脏彩超测量比较两组之间的心脏结构和功能。结果:与对照组相比,观察细LV扩大,LVM增加,LVEF降低。结论:UAER阳性的糖尿病患者在其早期就已发生心脏结构和功能的改变,尿蛋白排泄率与左心室内径和左心室厚度正相关,与左心室射血分数负相关。Objective： To probe into the relationship of albuminuria with cardiac structure and function in elderly type 2 diabetes. Methods： In 80 type 2 diabetes, the UAER was 20- 200μg/min in survey group and the UAER was less than 20μg/min in control group. We determined cardiac structure and function of two group of patients by heart color ultrasound. Results： Compared to control group, it was visible that the left ventricular internal diameter was enlargement, the left ventricular mass was increase and the left ventricular ejection fraction was cut down in the survey group. Conclusion： In the patients with diabetes, whose albuminuria is positive, the change of cardiac structure and function take place in the nonage. The UAER is positively correlated with left ventricular inner diameter and left ventricular mass, and negatively with left ventricular ejection fraction.
