摘 要:随着我国石油天然气需求量的不断增加,原油储罐的发展趋势是大型化,石油天然气输送管道的发展趋势是大口径、高压高密度输送。本文从受力、破坏形式、机械性能、化学成分及焊接要求等方面对大型储罐用钢(12MnNiVR)和管道用钢(X70)进行了对比。结果表明管道钢板(X70)机械性能高于储罐用钢板(12MnNiVR),但在制造焊接及轧制方面,管道用钢板无法代替大型储罐用钢板。With the increasing demand of oil and gas in China,thedevelopment trend of crude oil storage tanks is larger and larger,while the development trend of oil and gas pipelines is larger diameter, higher pressure,and higher density for transporting fluids. The differences between steel plates used in the large storage tanks (12MnNiVR)and the pipelines (X70)were introduced in the following aspects,such as destructive pattern,stress,mechanical property,chemical composition,and weldability. The results of comparison indicated that mechanical property of steel plates used in the pipelines was better than that of steel plates used in the large storage tank,but considering welding and rolling methods,steel plates used in the pipelines could not replace steel plates used in the large storage tanks.
