摘 要:目的:对巴彦淖尔地区进行汉坦病毒的分子流行病学调查.方法:采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)对在野外捕获的鼠肺样品进行初筛,用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)扩增IFA阳性标本中汉坦病毒的S基因片段,以S基因片段(620-999 nt)的核苷酸序列构建系统发生树并进行分子进化分析.结果:捕获的200只中有褐家鼠141只(70.5%),黑线仓鼠40只(20.0%),小家鼠19只(9.5%);IFA检出6份阳性标本,均来自褐家鼠,其S基因均为S1亚型.结论:巴彦淖尔地区褐家鼠携带S1亚型汉坦病毒.Objective: to explore the molecular epidemiology of hantavirus carried by hosts in the city of Bayannaoer in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods: collecting rodents in the Bayannaoer areas, rats lungs were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA). The hantaviral S gene of positive samples were covered by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), and then phylogenetic tree was constructed based on S segments(620-999 nt). Results: a total of 200 rodents were trapped, and hantavirus antigens were identified in 6 out of these lung samples. Phylogenetic analysis of these S segment sequences indicated that all viruses belonged to Seoul virus (SEOV). Conclusion: the main genotype of hantavirus carried by Rattus norvegicus in Bayannaoer Region were S1 subtype of SEOV.
