摘　　要：自首制度对于鼓励犯罪人自新,节约司法资源,提高司法效率,具有重大意义和作用。余罪自首的适用对象和适用条件具有特殊性。对"其他罪行"的理解,必须循证据和诉讼程序的角度,结合数罪并罚制度来把握。The confession system is of great importance for encouraging the Rehabilitation of the criminals, for saving the legal resources and promoting the efficiency in legal practice. The applicable object and conditions of the confession of extra crimes have special characteristics. The understanding of ＂other crimes＂ should especially be handed with combined punishment, and also must be understood in light of the evidence and proceedings.
