摘 要:为研究一体式膜生物反应器(IMBR)中膜污染类型随温度的变化规律,探讨温度对膜污染类型的影响机制。首先对两种膜污染类型的基本数学模型做进一步推导。得出两种膜污染类型的判别模型;在此基础上结合动态实验结果考察了10~35℃范围内6个温度条件下的膜污染状况,得出10℃、15℃条件下以滤饼层污染为主,20℃、25℃条件下同时存在着相当程度的膜孔堵塞污染与滤饼层污染。30℃、35℃条件下的污染类型接近于膜孔堵塞污染,即随着温度的升高膜污染类型由滤饼层污染逐渐向膜孔堵塞污染过渡。The aim of this paper is to discover how the membrane fouling types change with the temperature and to discuss the behavior of the temperature on the membrane fouling process. Two kinds of fouling models used to decide the fouling ways were educed from two basic models. Then the dynamic experiments were adopted to study the membrane fouling process in six temperatures from 10℃ to 35℃ ,and the data of the experiments were treated with mathematical methods based on the two fouling models. The results showed that the membrane was fouled mainly by accumulation stratum (AS) at 10℃ and 15℃ and both the fouling types occur at 20℃ and 25℃ ,while the type of jamming membrane orifices (JMO) was dominant when the membrane was fouled at 30℃ and 35℃. So the fouling types seemed to change from AS to JMO with the temperature raising.
