摘　　要：本文分析企业战略联盟技术创新活动,得出联盟体系信息平台应具有的主要功能,讨论联盟组成结构及联盟角色间关系,给出信息平台基本网络结构,进而讨论分布式数据库设计思想和数据库体系结构,并结合框架探讨分析分布式数据库的数据分布、数据分片、数据同步等主要技术。We get the main function of information system used for technical innovation system within Strategic Alliance of Enterprise after analyzeing the business enterprise strategic creative activity of the alliance technique, then analyze the structure for constituting the Alliance and the relation between actors of Alliance to get the basic net structure of informantion. Then the design idea of distributed database and system structure of database is discussed. At last ,the main technologies of distribute database is discussed, such as data distributeing and data updating.
