聚合乳液稳定性影响因素的研究

摘　　要：通过对合成的丙烯酸乳液、醋酸乙烯乳液的研究,了解多种因素对聚合乳液稳定性的影响,设计出合理的工艺条件和最佳原料配比,解决聚合乳液的稳定性问题,研制出固含量在45%左右的稳定性好、储存时间长、满足工业需求的乳液体系。Based on the study of synthesis of acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate emulsion, the author found out that there are many factors affecting the stability of the polymerized emulsion polymerization, designed a reasonable process conditions and the best ratio of raw materials, to solve the problems of instability in emulsion polymerization, developed a system of solid content in 45% with good stability, long- time storage to meet the industrial needs of emulsion.
