成角旋转快速牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘　　要：目的:为观察成角旋转快速牵引治疗效果,用该法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者120例。结果:总有效率为95%,平均住院天数12.1天。表明成角旋转快速牵引对治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意,该方法对于纠正脊柱三维空间的生物力学失衡,使突出物与神经根或硬膜囊之间的关系发生改变,改善局部血循环和代谢紊乱有明显效果,且无痛苦,方法经济,易被患者接受。Objective：To observe the effect of angle rotation rapid traction treatment, the method used for lumbar disc herniation in 120 cases. Results： Total efficiency is 95%, the average hospital stay 12.1 days. That argle rotation rapid traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation satisfied effect, the method for three--dimensional space of the spree to correct biomechanical imbalance, the highlight of the nerve root or the relationship between the dural sac change and improve local blood circulation and metabolic disorders. There are obvious effects, and no pain, and methods of economic, prone patients.
