天津市支气管哮喘证候分布及演变规律的临床流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:为建立具有中医特色的哮喘防治方案提供基础资料,提高支气管哮喘中医药防治水平。方法:采用流行病学横断面调查方法,以整群分层随机抽样技术,调查抽样选的中医院1年内门诊和住院支气管哮喘患者的证候类型及证候要素的分布情况和演变规律。结果:初步明确了哮喘发作期证型及其内部证候要素的分布情况以及哮喘缓解期与发作期证候演变的规律。结论:哮喘发作期证型和证候要素分布特点以及哮喘证候在缓解期和发作期之间存在的演变规律可以为中医临床辨证论治提供了重要的参考信息。Objective： Providing foundation data for establishing asthmatic prevention and cure schema which possessing feature of traditional Chinese medicinet（TCM ） and elevating prevention and cure capability of TCM on asthma.Method：Carrying out Investigation , which using methods of epidemiologlcal cross- sectional study and technique of random and cluster stratified sampling, on distribution state of pattern and element of syndrome and evolution rule of syndrome of in hospital and clinic asthmatic patients in hospitals elected by sampling within 1 year. Result：Initially elucidating distribution state of pattern and element of syndrome and evolution rule of syndrome between catabasis and period of onset of asthma.Conclusion： Distribution state of pattern and element of syndrome in period of onset of asthma and evolution rule of syndrome between catabasis and period of onset of asthma .can provid important reference information for determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through of symptoms and signs in clinical task of TCM.
