金荞麦提取物的抗癌研究

摘　　要：金荞麦为蓼科植物,其提取物对体外培养的人个旧肺腺癌细胞、宫颈鳞癌细胞、胃腺癌细胞及鼻咽癌细胞均具有杀伤作用;在体内对小鼠移植性肉瘤、Lewis肺癌、宫颈癌有抑制作用。同时金荞麦能够抑制端粒酶、MMPs等的活性,使癌细胞凋亡。就金荞麦提取物对相应癌细胞的杀伤和抑制作用做如下综述。Wild buckwheat is a polygonaceae plant.In vitro, extraction of wild buckwheat has a lethal effect for adenocarcinoma of lung cell,squamous carcinoma of the cervix cell,gastric adenocarcinoma cell and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell. In vivo, it has a depressant effect for S180,1ung cancer and U-14.At the same time,wild buckwheat also can restrain telomerase＇s active ,MMPs＇ active and so on ,making the cancer cell to die.Now the article make a overview about the wild buckwheat＇ extractive kill reciprocal cancer cell.
