辽河稠油组分间相互作用对油水界面张力的影响

摘　　要：考察了辽河稠油脱沥青质油、胶质、沥青质及胶质与沥青质混合物对水包稠油乳状液油水界面张力的影响。结果表明:在不同的水包稠油乳状液体系中,辽河脱沥青质油中饱和分、芳香分的存在能够促进胶质与乳化剂的相互作用,降低体系的油水界面张力;辽河胶质与沥青质两者之间相互作用较弱,对油水界面张力影响很小;沥青质的界面活性高于胶质和脱沥青质油,在水包稠油乳状液的形成过程中,沥青质起主要稳定作用;具有高芳碳率、低烷基碳率、高芳香环缩合程度的组分在水包稠油乳状液中界面活性较高。The influence of resin, asphaltene, deasphalted oil and resin-asphaltene mixture on the interracial tension of Liaohe heavy oil-in-water emulsion was investigated. The results show that, in heavy oil-in-water emulsion with different emulsifiers, the existence of saturate and aromatic in deasphalted oil enhanced the interracial activity of resin, so the oil-water interracial tension is decreased. The interracial activity of asphaltene is stronger than that of resin and deasphalted oil, and the interaction between resin and asphaltene can＇t enhance their interracial activity, so asphaltene is the most important component of heavy oil in stabilizing the heavy oil-in-water emulsion. For the structural parameter, more aromatic carbon, little alkyl carbon and stronger condensation index of aromatic ring are helpful to enhance the interracial activity of components.
