摘　　要：华电国际山东邹县发电厂自投产以来,4台锅炉的送、引风机先后发生了各种不同的故障,经过不断的改进、治理,取得了一定的成果.着重介绍了SAF28-18-16-1型轴流式动叶可调引风机安装、维修过程中存在的问题,以及引风机运行中出现机械故障的状态诊断、原因分析及处理.通过分析探讨找出原因和应注意的问题.Different faults that occurred in forced-draft fan and induced-draft fan of four boilers since commissioning were improved and processed and certain achievements were made. The emphasis of this article is on the problems in installation and maintenance of 8AF28-18-16-1 adjustable-blade axial-flow draft fan, the mechanical fault diagnosis, reason analysis and procession. The cause and future attentions are found by analysis and discussion.
