摘　　要：针对目前比较流行的网络管理系统,分析其具有的共性,同时利用Java和Struts技术开发一个通用的网络管理系统框架.通过此框架可以提高系统开发的效率,缩短系统开发周期.According to the popular network management system, the generally is analyzed, and a general network management framework is developed. By this framework, the efficiency of system development are increased, the develop cycle is shortened.
