摘　　要：设计了一种车辆行驶记录仪监控系统,阐述了车辆行驶记录仪的工作原理及组成,介绍了一种集记录、定位、实时监控车辆为一体的车辆记录行驶仪的硬件结构设计,给出了监控系统的软件设计及实现。结合全球卫星定位技术(GPS)、无线通用分组技术(GPRS)和SqlServer数据库管理系统等技术,利用各种传感器,完成了对车辆行驶信息、车辆特征参数和驾驶员行车状况等相关数据进行采集、分析与处理,增强了系统通信、信息处理的功能。Abstract A monitoring center system of vehicle traveling data is designed for vehicle traveling data recorder. The hardware design of vehicle traveling data recorder is illustrated, and the principle and makeup of the recorder is introduced, then the software design and fulfillment of its monitoring center system is given. The performance of communication and information disposal of the system is improved by use of GPS, GPRS, SqlServer and some special sensors, which are used to accomplish the functions of collecting, analyzing and dealing vehicle traveling data such as the traveling information and feature data of car, the status of drivers, etc.
