摘  要:对用于制造轿车CV传动轴的UC2钢进行了低温热轧工艺试验,试验结果表明:(1)低温轧制后细化了晶粒;(2)低温轧制后热轧材成品性能各项质量指标均符合正火材要求,从而实现"在线正火"的效果,(3)缩短了生产工序,降低了生产成本;(4)降低了能耗。The optimization of low temperature rolling process was made for UC2 steel used for the driving shaft of car, the results showed that: ( 1 ) the grain was refined after low temperature roiling, (2) the property of finished product could fit the quality standard after low temperature roiling, it also could obtain result of online normalizing, (3) the process routine was shorten and the production cost was reduced, (4) the energy consumption was reducted.
