摘  要:采用Gleeble试验机对宝钢低碳微合金高强度钢进行了高温力学性能的测试,分析断裂强度、断面收缩率随温度的变化情况,观察了试样在不同温度区间内的断口形貌和组织结构,并对微量元素Ti、Nb、V等的化合物析出与钢的延塑性之间的关系进行了讨论。The high temperature mechanical performance of the low carbon micro-alloyed high strength steel was studied with Gleeble 1500 at Baosteel. Fracture morphology and microstrueture were observed in different temperature ranges. The variance of rupture strength and the shrinkage rate on the cross section with temperature was analyzed, and the relationship between the precipitation of micro - alloy compounds of Ti, Nb, V and the ductility of the steel was also discussed.
