摘  要:目的研制并建立一套颞下颌关节内压测量系统,观察关节内压力在颞下颌关节中的变化规律。方法颞下颌关节内压测量系统由硬件和软件两个部分构成,全部零件采用国产元件。系统的硬件包括生理压力传感器、信号放大滤波部分、数字显示电路、A/D转换卡、微型计算机系统五大部分;系统软件则由实时数据采集模块、文件存储管理模块、数据计算分析和显示模块、硬件性能测试等模块构成。应用本系统与RM-6000生物信号采集系统进行精确度和精密度比较。结果两仪器间测量相对误差比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.344);两仪器精密性比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.039),前者精密度更好。结论颞下颌关节内压测量系统的研制成功,标志着颞下颌关节内压研究具备了专用的仪器。此系统稳定,灵敏度和分辨率高,结果可靠,操作简便,具有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To develop a testing system for intra-articular pressure and to evaluate its clinically application. Fluctuationg curve of the intra-articular pressure in temoromandibular joint was also investigated. Methods The system composed of hardware and software. The hardware included a physiological pressure transducer, a signal amplifier, an A/D conversion card and a personal computer, The software consisted of modules for real time data collection, storage, analysis, display, hardware quality test. The performance of this system was compared with that of the former used device (Biological collection system, RM6000), Results The deviation between the two systems showed no statistical significance (P=0,344). However, the difference of precision was statistically significant (P= 0.039), The precision of the present system was better than that of RM-6000, Conclusions The newly developed computer-aid system can detect and display the variety of synovial fluid pressure. The evaluation indicated that the system is easily handled and the stabilization, sensitivity and differentiability are reliable.
