摘　　要：企业战略实施过程中的风险管理是企业战略管理的核心问题,而战略实施风险的预警是企业战略风险管理的关键所在。根据企业战略实施风险的定义和特征设计了企业战略实施风险预警指标体系的基本框架,具体分析了企业战略实施风险预警指标。In the enterprise strategy implementation process,risk management is the core question in enterprise strategy management, and the implementation of the strategy risks of early-warning strategy is the key to risk management. According to the definition and characteristic of the enterprise strategy implementation risk,the bare bone of the enterprise strategy implementation risk early-warning indicator system have been designed, and enterprise strategy implementation risk early-warning target have been analysed.
