摘 要:以高锰酸钾为氧化剂、自制的聚硅硫酸铁为絮凝剂,采用氧化-絮凝耦合工艺处理酸性大红废水。探索了废水pH值、聚硅硫酸铁的摩尔比、高锰酸钾和聚硅硫酸铁的投加量、反应温度对氧化-絮凝耦合处理效果的影响,确定了最佳处理条件。针对本工艺特点设计了成套小型试验装置,在连续流工况下进行了试验,并对原水和各阶段出水进行了紫外-可见吸收光谱扫描分析。结果表明,氧化-絮凝耦合法处理酸性大红在批量试验和连续流工况试验中均取得良好效果,连续流试验中脱色率达到94.9%,COD去除率达到55.2%,为该工艺的实际应用提供了依据。Coupled flocculation and oxidation process was used to treat acid brilliant scarlet dye wastewater with Potassium permanganate as oxidant and poly-silicic-ferric sulfate as flocculant. Theinfluence of pH value,oxidation reaction time,n(Fe)/n(Si)of poly-silicic-ferric sulfate,dosage of poly-silicic-ferric sulfate and potassium permanganate,reaction temperature on treatment efficiency was investigated. Then the optimal operating conditions were determined. The experimental device was designed and used in treating acid brilliant scarlet dye wastewater at continuous flow condition. The raw water and effluent of each stage were analyzed though UV-Vis adsorption spectrum. The results showed that the treatment of acid brilliant scarlet dye wastewater has a good practical effect by using coupled flocculation and oxidation process ,no matter in the reactor,or in the continuous flow de- vice. The color and COD removal rates reach 94.9% and 55.2% at continuous flow condition respectively.
