摘 要:采用传统一体化氧化沟与倒置A2/O的优势集约、组合开发的倒置A2/O型一体化氧化沟工艺技术处理中药生产废水有较好的净化效果,当进水BOD5、COD、SS、NH3-N、磷酸盐、色度平均浓度分别为85、783.3、347.0、70.04、2.16 mg·L-1、300(稀释倍数)时,其去除率分别为93.36%、90.47%、92.29%、84.25%、80.56%、86.67%,出水满足污水综合排放标准(GB8978-96)一级标准。该技术比Passveer氧化沟工艺脱氮除磷效率相应提高36.57%、40.39%,且运行稳定、管理方便、有推广实用价值。The combinative characteristic of traditional integrated oxidation ditch with inversion A^2/O for developing new type integrated oxidation ditch to treat the waste water of Chinese traditional medicine was introduced. When the BOD5,COD,SS,NH3-N,phosphors,chroma of waste water were 85 mg·L^-1,783.3 mg·L^-1,347.0 mg·L^-1,70.04 mg·L^-1,2.16 mg·L^-1,300 (dilute multiple),the removal rates were 93.36% ,90.47% ,92.29%, 84.25% ,80.56% ,86.67% respectively. After waste water is treated, all the data can be satisfied by first standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-96). The rates of de-nitrogen and dephosphorization were 36.57%, 40.39% respectively and higher than that of the Passver ditch. Because of stable operation and simple management, there is practicality value by applying the new type integrated oxidation ditch technology.
