摘  要:在分析研究了第三代高效厌氧反应器-IC(内循环)厌氧反应器的优缺点的基础上,自行开发研制出了多级内循环(MIC)厌氧反应器,并成已功用于诸多的工程项目。某化工公司柠檬酸废水处理的改扩工程采用了MIC技术,在调试运行了3个多月后,MIC反应器运行正常,容积负荷达到了7.5 kgCOD.m-3.d-1,COD去除率稳定在80%~90%的范围内,厌氧出水再经过后续的好氧生化处理后,废水站出水COD浓度稳定保持在100 mg.L-1以下,达到了国家要求的一级排放标准。Based the advantages and disadvantages of the third generation anaerobic reactor-IC anaerobic reactor, the mutli-interal circulation(MIC) reactor was developed by the institute of environmental protection application technology of USTS and successfully applied to many projects. A project on citric acid wastewater treatment reconstructed with this technology of MIC was introduced. After running three months later, the MIC reactor did well, and its volumetric load reached 7.5 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1 removal rate of COD kept between 80% and 90%. The total COD of the anaerobic discharge treated by the advanced aerobic biological system is less than 100 mg·L^-1, which met the requirements of first class discharge standard.
