摘  要:醋酸乙烯是一种高活性单体,文中实验研究了PVAc用RAFT方法进行的溶液聚合,将PVAc的分子量分布控制在1.8以下。实验采用MESA作为RAFT试剂,讨论了不同MESA浓度、温度和时间对反应的影响。Compared with traditional radical polymerization, Living/Controllble radical polymerizations are good at controlling the polymer structure and molecular weight distribution. Among the controllable radical polymerizations, ATRP and RAFT are the most popular polymerization methods suitable for kinds of monomers under relatively mild condition. VAc is a highly reactive monomer. RAFT has been successfully utilized to produce PVAc in a controllable manner, but the polymerization using ATRP has met with limited success. Most of the research works reported of VAc polymerization by RAFT are in bulk or emulsion polymerization instead of solution polymerization. In this article, MESA was used as chain transfer mediated reagent to control the PDI under 1.8. The effects of concentration of MESA, polymerization temperature and time have been studied.
